COORDINATOR- Must have 2 years of experience in dental insurance coordination and billing Concierge Dental Practice We are looking for an exceptional Insurance Coordinator to join our team! If you are organized, detail-oriented, confident discussing finances, and passionate about creating an outstanding patient experience, we want to meet you. What You'll Do Verify and document insurance benefits accurately Prepare insurance estimates and patient financial information Submit and follow up on insurance claims Manage pre-authorizations and outstanding insurance balances Clearly explain insurance benefits and patient financial responsibility Partner with the Business and Clinical Teams to create a seamless patient experience Maintain accurate records and stay current with insurance requirements What We're Looking For Dental insurance experience a must Strong knowledge of dental terminology and insurance Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial responsibility Professional, positive, and team-oriented A commitment to providing concierge-level service We don't want someone who simply processes insurance.
