Job Description
Be the First Impression That Makes a Lasting Impact At Blackwell, Inc. , we're looking for friendly, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Lobby Attendants. This role is perfect for those with a background in hospitality, customer service, or administrative support who enjoy creating welcoming environments and helping others. As a Lobby Attendant, you'll be the face our property
•greeting residents, assisting guests, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring a secure and professional atmosphere. You'll work closely with property management and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Weekly Work Schedule:
Days of the week: Friday

Sunday Start and End Time:
Friday 11:00PM
•7:00AM + Saturday and Sunday 7:00PM-7:00AM What You'll Do Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors. Monitor building access and ensure only authorized individuals enter. Assist with deliveries and maintain secure entry points. Communicate effectively with property management and support teams. Stay informed about local businesses and services to assist residents and guests. Maintain privacy and confidentiality in all interactions. Support the Lead Lobby Attendant with property-specific duties as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile Education:
High school diploma or
GED Experience:
3+ years in customer service or hospitality 1+ year in a supervisory or concierge role (preferred)
Skills & Traits:
Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 35 lbs Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable in fast-paced environments Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting writing Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Why Join Us?
