Provides correct information in assisting patients and their families on finding their way throughout our facilities. Qualifications:

Education:

High school graduate or equivalent.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Demonstrate skills in communication and the ability to deal with a variety of people.
• Also possess good judgment and dependable.
• Must have good understanding and knowledge of basic windows (word, excel & email)

Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk from floor to floor to make rounds.
• Clean rooms as needed.
• Do a variety of paperwork.
