is looking for a reliable, motivated, and positive Afternoon/Evening Shift Associate to help create a welcoming, high-energy environment for our members and guests. This role combines front desk operations, customer service, sales, and general gym upkeep. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced gym environment. Responsibilities Front Desk & Member Services Answer phones and respond to inquiries Greet members and guests professionally Schedule appointments and follow up with leads Give tours to prospective members Assist with membership sales and sign-ups Help members with general questions and account issues Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere Daily Facility Duties Help keep the gym clean and organized Clean locker rooms and restock supplies as needed Vacuum floors and take out trash Stock coolers and snack areas Re-rack weights and tidy equipment areas Complete basic opening and closing tasks Qualifications Customer service or sales experience preferred Gym, fitness, or martial arts experience is a plus Strong communication and people skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and professional appearance Pay Pay based on experience Opportunity for raise after 30 days based on performance Work Environment Fast-paced MMA and fitness environment with a strong focus on customer service, cleanliness, and community culture
