Job Description
Job Summary Bozeman Hot Springs Campground is part of a unique campus that includes natural hot springs, fitness facilities, and a year-round community of locals and travelers. This role offers hospitality skill-building, outdoor work, and the opportunity to be part of a fun, fast-moving team focused on hospitality excellence. The Campground Rover serves as the primary liaison for guests, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience. This role includes patrolling the campground, assisting visitors, enforcing campground rules, and responding to security concerns. The Rover plays a key role in maintaining a positive atmosphere while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and policies. This position is full-time and seasonal, starting in May and going to the end of October. Hours Friday

- 7pm Duties Conduct regular patrols of the campground to monitor safety, cleanliness, and overall guest experience Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures and provide information about amenities and local attractions Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, or emergencies with professionalism and enthusiasm Enforce campground rules and policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including picnic spots, pathways, and recreational facilities Support maintenance staff by reporting hazards or issues requiring attention Foster positive guest relations through friendly interactions.
