Job Description
Front of House Manager Wilmington, NC Full-time | Monday-Friday | 9:00am-5:30pm | On-site We're looking for a Front of House Manager to oversee the day-to-day front-of-house operations and help ensure customers, visitors, and team members receive a professional and organized experience. You'll coordinate front-of-house activities, support the team, manage schedules and appointments, and help resolve day-to-day issues. The role would suit someone who is organized, confident communicating with people, and comfortable taking responsibility for keeping operations running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing Oversee daily front-of-house activities and routines Welcome and assist customers and visitors Coordinate appointments, calendars, and meeting schedules Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries Support and guide front-of-house team members Coordinate visitor arrivals and communicate with relevant departments Ensure customer and visitor requests are handled appropriately Maintain accurate records and front-of-house information Help organize meetings, appointments, and office activities Monitor daily tasks and follow up on outstanding requests Resolve routine issues and escalate more complex matters when needed Help maintain a professional, organized front-of-house environment Communicate with internal teams to coordinate customer and visitor needs Support general administrative requirements when necessary Handle company and customer information appropriately and maintain confidentiality What's Important Previous front-of-house, reception, customer service, hospitality, administrative, retail, or team leadership experience is helpful. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities and communicate confidently with customers, visitors, and team members. You'll need: Strong organizational and communication skills A professional and approachable manner The ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities Basic computer confidence Good attention to detail The ability to support and guide other team members Good judgment when handling customer or visitor requests The ability to work independently and as part of a team Training will be provided on our systems, processes, and internal procedures. Monday to Friday The position is full-time and on-site in Wilmington, NC . You'll work closely with the wider team and be responsible for helping maintain an organized and efficient front-of-house operation.
