As the first point of contact for pilots, corporate executives, and VIP travelers, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and has strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phones, coordinating customer requests, processing transactions, assisting with scheduling and reservations, and supporting the daily operations of the front desk. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in providing warm, professional service while maintaining discretion and a polished appearance. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to outstanding hospitality are essential. Duties Greet pilots and passengers warmly, providing exceptional customer service and assistance upon arrival. Coordinate arrivals, departures, and ground services with precision Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally while taking detailed messages when necessary. Support office management tasks such as scheduling arrivals & departures, managing reservations, and concierge requests. Utilize computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software to support administrative functions efficiently. Experience Proven office experience or administrative support role with demonstrated organizational skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills Previous experience answering multi-line phone systems and managing phone reception duties Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, typing, and time management skills Personal assistant or front desk experience is a plus for handling multiple responsibilities efficiently Ideal Candidate Prior experience in luxury hospitality or private aviation is preferred but not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate. Excellent communication and strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Calm under pressure, with a proactive and polished demeanor. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and a familiarity with scheduling. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
