Full-Time (Shift Work and Overtime Required)(F ast-paced demanding environment ) Position Summary The Berkley Condominium Association is seeking an experienced, professional, and dependable Front Desk Supervisor to oversee front desk and valet operations at our premier 247-unit luxury condominium community in Atlantic City. The Front Desk Supervisor serves as the primary representative of the Association during assigned shifts and plays a critical role in maintaining the safety, security, and daily operations of the property. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, sound judgment, leadership, and the ability to remain calm and decisive during emergency situations. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated professional who can effectively supervise staff, communicate with residents and visitors, and ensure that Association policies and procedures are consistently followed. Essential Responsibilities Building Security & Operations Monitor and control access to the building. Welcome residents, guests, vendors, and contractors in a courteous and professional manner. Monitor surveillance systems and building activity. Respond appropriately to emergencies, alarms, and unusual incidents. Coordinate with police, fire, EMS, and other emergency personnel when necessary. Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and employees. Staff Supervision Supervise valet personnel during assigned shifts. Ensure employees follow Association policies and established procedures. Monitor employee performance and address operational issues as they arise. Assist with training new employees as assigned. Promote professionalism, teamwork, and excellent customer service. Resident Services Provide outstanding customer service to residents and guests. Respond professionally to resident concerns and inquiries. Maintain confidentiality regarding resident and Association matters. Assist residents with general information and building services. Administrative Responsibilities Complete accurate daily activity logs. Prepare detailed written incident reports. Immediately notify the Property Manager of accidents, emergencies, violations, or unusual occurrences. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of daily operations. Safety Responsibilities Identify and report unsafe conditions. Ensure compliance with Association safety procedures. Enforce building rules and regulations professionally and consistently. Perform routine security patrols and inspections as assigned. Additional Duties Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager. Assist other departments when operational needs require. Qualifications The successful candidate should possess: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Experience in hospitality, property management, customer service, security, or a related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Ability to make sound decisions independently. Strong attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Dependability, punctuality, and flexibility. The employee must regularly:

Prepare accurate written reports and documentation. Read and understand written instructions, policies, and emergency procedures. Communicate professionally with residents, visitors, contractors, emergency responders, and fellow employees.
