Administer and configure the Sprinklr platform, including user access, roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and automation rules to support business operations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable Sprinklr solutions across social media, customer care, and engagement functions. Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and coordinate with Sprinklr support to ensure optimal system availability. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to track KPIs, measure platform adoption, and provide actionable business insights. Establish platform governance, maintain documentation, conduct user training, and ensure compliance with security, privacy, and organizational standards. What's Needed? Experience administering and configuring enterprise social media platforms, particularly Sprinklr. Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Excellent documentation and training skills.
