$20.00 per hour Join Our Team! Optima Care Harborview is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Admissions Assistant / Concierge to support the Admissions Director while providing an exceptional experience for residents, families, visitors, and prospective residents. Key Responsibilities Assist the Admissions Director with daily administrative and admissions-related tasks. Provide a warm, welcoming experience for residents, families, visitors, and prospective residents. Serve as a knowledgeable and professional point of contact at the facility. Assist with coordinating admissions-related paperwork, communications, and follow-up. Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department. Support tours and provide information to prospective residents and their families. Maintain organized records, documents, and correspondence. Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other administrative duties as needed. Use Microsoft Office applications for routine administrative tasks. Work collaboratively with facility leadership and other departments. Maintain a professional, positive, and service-focused attitude at all times. Perform other duties as assigned by the Admissions Director or facility leadership. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in healthcare, admissions, hospitality, customer service, or an administrative setting is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Flexible and motivated with a willingness to learn. Quick learner who can adapt to changing priorities. Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing an excellent resident and family experience.
