Position Overview We are seeking a professional, service-driven Concierge to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors. In this role, you will create a welcoming environment while supporting day-to-day front desk operations, assisting residents, managing packages, and ensuring the lobby and common areas reflect the highest standards of presentation. Monday and Tuesday:
12pm-8pm
Friday and Saturday:
11pm-7am
Sunday:
3pm-11pm What You'll Do Deliver Exceptional Resident Experience Greet residents, guests, and visitors with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor Assist residents with general inquiries, service requests, and building information Provide recommendations for local dining, transportation, and neighborhood amenities Create a positive and hospitality-driven environment at all times Support Front Desk Operations Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently Maintain visitor logs, front desk records, and building documentation Coordinate communication between residents and property teams (management, maintenance, leasing) Perform light administrative tasks such as filing and organizing records Manage Packages & Deliveries Receive, log, and organize incoming packages and deliveries Notify residents and distribute packages in a timely manner Maintain an organized and secure package room Maintain Building Presentation Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean, organized, and presentable Monitor common areas and report any maintenance or housekeeping concerns Support resident events and community engagement efforts when needed Collaborate & Support Operations Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams Escalate concerns or issues to management when appropriate Assist sister properties when needed Support front desk coverage during busy periods or staffing adjustments What We're Looking For 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using basic office equipment and computer systems Team player with the ability to work independently when needed Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Ability to lift and move packages up to 25-30 lbs occasionally Ability to move throughout the property as needed Why Join KRE?
