Join a leading global professional services organization as a Workplace Experience Host , where you will serve as the face of the office-curating a seamless, high-touch experience for employees, clients, and guests alike. This role brings the essence of luxury hospitality into a dynamic corporate setting, ensuring every interaction reflects excellence, attentiveness, and care. Role Overview As a Workplace Experience Host, you will act as a concierge and ambassador of service , setting the tone for an exceptional in-office experience. From warmly welcoming guests to anticipating needs before they arise, you will deliver polished, detail-oriented service that mirrors a high-end hospitality environment. You will play a central role in maintaining a refined, organized, and client-centric workplace where every touchpoint is thoughtfully managed. Key Responsibilities Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and employees, delivering a personalized, concierge-style experience Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace services, anticipating needs and resolving requests with urgency and care Prepare and maintain conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and workstations to impeccable standards, ensuring readiness and comfort at all times Offer white-glove support for meetings and events, including room setup, technology checks, and real-time troubleshooting Manage and respond to service requests through platforms such as ServiceNow, ensuring a seamless and timely guest experience Partner with internal teams to coordinate events, meetings, and special experiences , ensuring flawless execution Conduct regular walkthroughs to uphold a polished, hospitality-grade environment across all shared spaces Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism Core Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 3+ years of experience in hospitality, guest services, concierge, or front-of-house roles (luxury hotel, corporate hospitality, or similar environment preferred) A naturally service-oriented mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of guests Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, service-driven environment Professional presence with a high attention to detail and presentation standards Comfort working with workplace technology including ServiceNow, MS Teams, and conference room/AV systems Understanding of health, safety, and workplace standards Ability to be onsite full-time in a New York City office Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience in luxury hospitality, hotel concierge services, or high-end client-facing roles Background supporting corporate events or VIP guest experiences Familiarity with workplace experience platforms or smart office environments Exposure to global service standards or hospitality-driven service models Core Skills Guest experience & concierge-level service Workplace and facilities coordination Event support and execution AV and meeting room technology Service platforms (ServiceNow, MS Teams) Professional communication & presentation
