This role supports the smooth operation of the community by ensuring organized access for residents, visitors, and vendors while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Duties Welcome and assist visitors, contractors, and vendors by verifying credentials and facilitating entry. Perform routine patrols to stay familiar with the premises and note any areas needing attention. Observe activity through CCTV and surveillance systems to support smooth daily operations. Support community standards while maintaining a courteous, professional, and approachable presence. Keep clear and accurate logs and reports to ensure consistent communication and record‑keeping. Requirements Ability to follow established procedures and access guidelines consistently. Calm, professional handling of conflict or difficult interactions. Strong observational skills and attention to detail during patrols and gate entry. Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with residents and guests. Reliable attendance with dependable shift coverage. Customer‑focused mindset as a primary point of contact. Clear written communication for logs, reports, and shift handoffs.
