Overview As a Resident Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and responsive environment where residents feel connected, informed, and valued. Through daily interactions and service-oriented support, the Resident Associate helps advance the community's commitment to resident well-being and the Seven Dimensions of Wellness. Some of the Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greeting and welcoming residents, guests, and visitors. Answering and directing telephone calls. Responding to resident requests and connecting individuals with appropriate resources and departments. Coordinating work orders and guest apartment reservations, including timely and professional follow-up with residents to provide updates, confirm completion, and ensure satisfaction with services provided. Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages. Assisting with community communications, flyers, newsletters, forms, and other administrative materials. Supporting a welcoming community atmosphere through office organization, holiday decorating, and other resident-focused initiatives. Provide Resident Transportation Services Safely transport residents to medical appointments, community outings, and shopping destinations. Provide reliable transportation for resident outings using community vehicles, including a 14-passenger van, helping residents maintain independence, connection, and engagement within the greater community. Assist residents with groceries, packages, mobility devices, and wheelchair loading and unloading while maintaining resident dignity, comfort, and safety.
