Nestled on 220 scenic acres in the Hudson Valley, INNESS is a modern country retreat offering a refined yet unpretentious experience that blends design, nature, and hospitality. Our property features a 12-room farmhouse, 28 cabins, a full-service restaurant, a golf course, and an inspiring spa and wellness program.
Position Summary:
The Spa Concierge serves as the welcoming face of INNESS Spa, providing exceptional guest service from the moment of arrival through departure. This role ensures that each guest's experience reflects the calm, thoughtful, and restorative atmosphere of INNESS.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist all spa guests in a warm, professional, and engaging manner. Schedule and confirm spa appointments, manage therapist schedules, and maintain accurate records. Provide detailed knowledge of spa treatments, products, and amenities to guide guests in their selections. Process payments, handle check-ins/check-outs, and ensure accurate POS and scheduling transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil reception and retail area. Communicate effectively with therapists, attendants, and management to ensure seamless operations. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to deliver an elevated hospitality experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa, hotel, or restaurant front-of-house environment. Luxury hospitality background preferred. Proficient computer literacy , including Microsoft Office and scheduling or POS systems. Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays , with rotating shifts and days off . Passion for wellness and guest care.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience, plus access to employee benefits
