Job Description:

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, a leader in the real estate industry, is seeking a Part Time Leasing Temp for their residential building, ARC. The hours and schedule for this role are from 10am-6pm with 1 hour lunch on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The role will begin on Friday, May 22 nd and will last through the end of August and will pay up to $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct guided tours of the property for prospective residents (approximately 30-45 minutes per tour) Serve as a front-facing representative, providing a welcoming and professional experience Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and general office support Maintain organization and presentation of leasing spaces and common areas

Qualifications:
