We're currently seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our Concierge Team. Concierge Ambassadors are responsible for welcoming patients to the medical facility and assisting them with general information, including locations of specific medical providers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and have the ability to work additional shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Seeking candidates with flexibility to work additional shifts as needed Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to independently Possess basic computer knowledge and skills Effectively communicate through clear writing and proper speech Provide information to patients in a medical setting regarding location of medical offices and medical services onsite Assist patients with mobility needs, including wheeling them upstairs in a wheelchair when necessary

Schedule:

Work one day per week. Shift is 8:00 am -6:00 pm Monday-Friday. No weekends.

Requirements:

Ability to safely transport patients in a wheelchair as needed Stong communication and organizational skills Basic computer knowledge and skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Time management Follow detailed instructions Strong Customer Service skills and previous experience

Pay Rate:
