$60,000 -- $65,000 (based on experience) We are an independent wealth management firm that has been guiding pre-retirees, retirees, widows, and businesses throughout Northeast Ohio and nationwide for decades. As a Wealth Management Client Concierge , you will work directly with our firm's leaders as well as the other members of our team to execute and support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a mixture of excellent written and verbal communication skills, project management savviness, executive presence, and a track record of successful operational and administrative support. Greet clients and visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects a professional and welcoming environment. Build trusted relationships with clients and team members by anticipating needs, maintaining confidentiality, and delivering a high level of service. Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls while providing excellent customer service. Support the planning and execution of client appreciation events, including coordinating timelines, invitations, logistics, vendors, and event details. Coordinate office vendors and ensure the office environment is well maintained Complete paperwork to a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner. Proactively anticipate the needs of advisors and teammates to improve efficiency and client service. Maintain appropriate turnaround time on all items.Qualifications for this role include:
