Job Summary We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for customers and visitors while supporting daily office activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, providing excellent customer service, staying organized, and creating a positive professional environment. Responsibilities Provide information about products, services, and company activities. Assist customers with routine questions and requests. Identify customer needs and connect them with appropriate team members. Support customer engagement and relationship-building activities. Assist with scheduling and routine office coordination. Receive and organize incoming mail and deliveries. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area. Maintain accurate visitor, customer, and office records. Assist with general administrative and customer service activities. Communicate customer questions and feedback to the appropriate team members. Help ensure customers and visitors receive a positive experience. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Comfortable interacting with customers and visitors in person and by phone. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in reception, front desk, customer service, retail, hospitality, or office support is a plus but not required.
