Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Concierge, where your vigilance and dedication will ensure a safe, welcoming environment. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents. Your energetic approach and commitment to safety will help foster a secure community atmosphere, providing peace of mind to all who enter. Duties Greet residents, visitors, vendors, and prospective residents in a warm, professional manner. Answer and route incoming telephone calls and respond to general inquiries. Monitor the front entrance and assist with visitor sign-in and community access procedures. Provide residents and guests with information, directions, and general assistance. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. Coordinate resident transportation requests, reservations, and service appointments as applicable. Assist residents with work orders, maintenance requests, and other service needs. Maintain front desk logs, records, calendars, and communication materials. Communicate resident requests and concerns promptly to the appropriate department. Support community events, activities, dining reservations, and resident programs as needed. Respond appropriately to emergency situations and follow established emergency notification procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and professional front desk/lobby area. Protect resident confidentiality and follow community policies and procedures. Provide general administrative and clerical support to community leadership and departments as needed. Perform other duties as assigned in support of residents and community operations.
