We are convinced that we set ourselves apart by giving every customer and every employee the treatment they deserve. We are looking for an Acquisition BDC Representative to join our Buying Team! This position is the first point of contact for many of our customers and plays a critical role in creating an exceptional customer experience. Job Responsibilities Generate and manage customer leads through outbound and inbound communication. Answer incoming inquiries regarding vehicle acquisition opportunities and schedule appointments. Follow up with customers who do not initially schedule an appointment. Contact current customers to discuss vehicle acquisition opportunities and set appointments. Utilize CRM and dealership communication tools to effectively manage customer interactions. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in CRM and related systems. Route calls efficiently to the appropriate departments and team members. Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Nelson Difference. Communicate effectively with the Buying Team, Sales Department, and other dealership personnel. Meet individual and team performance goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service, call center, BDC, sales, or administrative experience preferred. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn CRM software quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Professional appearance and customer-focused demeanor. High level of integrity, honesty, and accountability. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Positive, professional attitude and commitment to excellence. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer. Frequent use of computers, telephones, headsets, and other office equipment. Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday. Ability to occasionally lift and carry office materials weighing up to 15 pounds . Ability to maintain focus and professionalism while managing a high volume of customer interactions.
