Compass Proactive Health Care is looking for a PCP to lead and shape our integrative primary care program. This is a rare opportunity to practice in a concierge-style model while also accepting OHP to ensure access for underserved members of our community. You will be the sole PCP in a deeply collaborative, whole-health clinic that includes Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Health Coaching, and Counseling. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive primary care for individuals and families Manage acute and chronic conditions in a proactive, prevention-forward model Offer longer, relationship-centered visits through concierge membership Collaborate daily with in-house providers across modalities Help shape workflows and systems as we expand Use Jane EHR with full admin support Work Environment & Balance We respect work-life boundaries.
