Job Description

Overview The Member Services Representative provides comprehensive frontline service for residents and guests, including customer service, payments, facility monitoring, reservations, and amenity operations.
Schedule Requirements:
Evening shift only (2:30 PM - 7:30 PM) 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility required during peak periods in January Availability to work every other weekend both Saturday and Sunday is mandatory. Availability to work during major summer holidays is mandatory. Please do not apply if you don't have this availability. Serious applicants only. Key Responsibilities Greet residents and guests with a friendly, professional attitude at every interaction. Answer incoming phone calls and handle resident inquiries courteously. Process payments for HOA fees, garbage fees, recreation fees, and other transactions. Perform check-ins, verify IDs/access cards, and register residents/guests for amenities. Take reservations for facilities including, racquetball courts, pavilion, and other amenities. Monitor recreation facilities to ensure rule compliance and proper resident/guest behavior. Report facility incidents, damages, behavioral issues, hazards, and injuries using incident forms and protocols. Escalate issues with appropriate departments. Maintain accurate records of interactions, payments, reservations, and facility usage. Support events with setup, occupancy counts, and post-event inspection. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale and scheduling systems. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow procedures. Experience in customer service, recreation, or administrative roles preferred. High school diploma preferred
