JOB HIGHLIGHTS
  • Concierge We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the administrative team as a Concierge. You will make a difference by courteously assisting residents and guests at the front desk. This includes providing information about local attractions, conducting community tours and relaying messages to the appropriate department. Responsibilities
  • Concierge Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service, especially as it relates to new residents Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloaded as needed Conducts tours and ensure that model rooms are ready and available for viewing Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked Bonus opportunities•Concierge Employee referrals Employee of the month/year Resident tour (move-in) Why we should be your "home away from home" Work environment: Our focus is to maximize the potential of every life we touch.
