Job Description
Senior Living Sales Counselor Job Summary Join Asbury Heights, a leading provider of senior living services, as a Senior Living Sales Counselor in our Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania location. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in promoting our community and services to prospective residents and their families. Responsibilities Routinely review software databases to identify and follow-up on leads from all sources Call leads to obtain additional information on personal residential and care needs Encourage prospective residents and families to make wait list deposits and maintain long-term contact to encourage continued familiarity Meet established goals regarding contacts and tours to achieve desired sales goals Enter updated prospective resident information and status of relationship into the lead management system Maintain positive and understanding relationships with current residents and their families Identify religious, civic, and social groups to which current residents belong to expand referral network Cultivate leads with current residents through positive interaction and interest in activities and concerns Follow up with resident referrals and explain and promote the Resident Referral Program Assist in identifying innovative events and methods to increase visitation of targeted groups Present and demonstrate the value and benefits of the community to stimulate interest and sales Obtain and maintain knowledge of competitors and communicate community features to best compete with competitor's strengths and weaknesses Conduct personal tours of communities for prospective residents and family Schedule meetings with staff department heads as requested or as deemed necessary to effectively educate potential residents of community abilities Qualifications Compassion for and desire to work with seniors A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in coursework and related experience is required Minimum of two years of progressive experience in the real estate or healthcare field, including experience in promotion, public relations, or admissions Prior experience selling or promoting senior residential and healthcare services is highly preferred Excellent communication skills and knowledge of various computer programs, including Microsoft Office and web-based software systems What We Offer A dynamic and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development A competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package (to be determined) How to Apply If you are a motivated and results-driven sales professional looking for a new challenge, please apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team.
