Bellingham at West Chester is recruiting for a polished, hospitality focused Concierge who can multitask in a fast paced and busy environment. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective residents and employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Concierge:
Provide ongoing professional telephone coverage. Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating. Accept delivery packages and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff Assist the Business Office Manager and other departments with projects/assignments. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products Adaptability to other software systems for data entry Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills Willingness to provide ideas and outcomes for a smooth running Concierge Desk High level customer service skills If you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!
