Greet visitors, answer questions, provide directions, and connect guests with appropriate Team Members. Manage incoming phone calls, messages, emails, and radio communications. Coordinate appointments, reservations, transportation requests, and community information. Support day-to-day operations by processing mail and packages, submitting maintenance and IT requests, and assisting with administrative tasks. Maintain knowledge of community services, events, programs, and resources to effectively assist Residents and guests. Assist with emergency communications and follow established safety and security procedures. Process payments, maintain records, and support general office and concierge desk functions. Collaborate with Team Members, volunteers, and support staff to deliver an exceptional Resident and guest experience. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. At least 6 months of customer service, administrative, reception, hospitality, healthcare, or related experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new technology. A positive attitude and passion for serving older adults and their families. Preferred Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or memory care. Experience working with individuals living with dementia. Schedule Full-Time Position Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Rotating weekends and holidays Starting at $15.00/hour Part-Time Position Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-4:00 PM Rotating weekends and holidays With the possibility of extended hours beginning in 2027.
