We're a woman-owned luxury boudoir studio, and we're hiring the person who will become the heart of our client experience. If you're the kind of person who's amazing on the phone, lights up talking to people, and genuinely loves making someone feel taken care of, keep reading, because this one's for you. What you'd actually do You're the person our clients talk to most, from their very first hello to the moment they see their photos for the first time. You'll guide women through booking, walk them through their options, and help them say yes to an experience that changes how they see themselves. Most of them are nervous when they reach out. Your job is to make them feel safe, excited, and celebrated, and to be the warm, steady voice on the other end of the phone that makes them go okay, I'm doing this. You'll run consultation calls, set up payment plans, and walk clients through choosing their images. The women who leave our studio walk out feeling like a completely different person, and you're a huge reason why. Who we're looking for You're genuinely great on the phone and you actually like it You're self-driven. You see what needs doing and you do it, no one has to chase you You're warm, and you can guide someone toward a yes without ever making them feel pushed You're organized and you follow through, every time You're comfortable with technology and can pick up new systems quickly You keep confidences, this is personal work and discretion is everything Sales experience is a big plus The details In studio Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Remote from home Mondays & Wednesdays, 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. $20/hour plus commission on sales Reliable transportation to our Spokane Valley studio One thing to know: this role is not open to anyone who currently owns, works in, or plans to start a photography business of any kind.
