Youth Program Coach / Front Desk Support

About Us Safety America & Ninja-Kid Warrior is a high-energy youth program focused on helping kids build confidence, coordination, discipline, and have FUN in a safe and positive environment. Our programs include ninja warrior, parkour-style obstacle training, karate, camps, and special events for kids ages 4-13. We are looking for energetic, reliable team members who enjoy working with children and thrive in an active, fast-paced environment. Position Overview This is a hybrid role involving both youth coaching and front desk support. Team members are expected to interact positively with kids and families while helping maintain a fun, organized, and welcoming environment. Front desk responsibilities may make up the majority of scheduled hours initially, but all team members in this role must be willing and able to assist with ninja coaching responsibilities as needed. Responsibilities Coaching Responsibilities Assist with ninja warrior / parkour-style classes and activities Help supervise and engage with kids ages 4-13 Lead warmups, obstacle stations, and group activities as trained Encourage and motivate students in a positive way Maintain a safe, energetic, and structured class environment Assist during camps, Parents' Night Out events, and special programs Front Desk Responsibilities Greet families and assist customers professionally Answer phones and respond to basic questions Check students in/out and assist with registration Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility Support daily operations and staff as needed What We're Looking For Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality Enjoys working with kids Reliable and dependable Willing to learn and take initiative Team-oriented attitude Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Flexible and willing to assist where needed Ability to accept coaching and feedback professionally Requirements Must be dependable and punctual Must maintain a positive attitude with kids, parents, and staff Ability to be active and on your feet during shifts Weekend availability preferred Previous experience with sports, coaching, martial arts, gymnastics, ninja/parkour, childcare, or customer service is a plus but not required Schedule Part-time evenings and Saturdays available. Pay:
