Bluffton, SC Full-Time | Part-Time | As Needed Vaden Automotive is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Concierge Driver to join our team at our Bluffton campus, supporting the Genesis brand. This position assists with vehicle pick-up and delivery services to provide our customers with a seamless, high-quality dealership experience. The ideal candidate will have flexible daytime availability Monday through Friday and be comfortable with a schedule that may vary from week to week. Primary Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver client vehicles for scheduled service appointments Provide outstanding customer service and a professional dealership experience Communicate proactively with clients regarding arrival times and updates Complete vehicle check-ins and check-outs with service advisors or leadership Ensure vehicles are clean and fueled before delivery or upon return Perform vehicle inspections before and after transport, documenting any concerns Report any accidents, damages, or issues immediately Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Vaden brand positively Assist the service team with additional concierge or delivery tasks as needed Follow all safety, driving, and company policies

What We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Flexible daytime availability Professional appearance and strong communication skills Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently with a positive attitude Previous driving or customer service experience preferred Comfortable working a variable schedule based on business needs
