Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Gatehouse Security Officer to join our team. The officer will serve as the first point of contact for guests and members, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment while regulating access into the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and members in a professional and courteous manner. Answer phones and accurately input information into pass and access systems. Collect monies for passes when required. Contact members to verify guest information and maintain security protocols. Coordinate with members and guests to address security concerns promptly. Ensure that access into the community is properly regulated and monitored. Maintain logs and documentation in compliance with company policies.

Ideal Candidate:

Prior customer service or security experience preferred. Stable work history and professional reliability. Ability to operate independently while exercising sound judgment. Pleasant, approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual skills are a plus.
