The pay range for this position is listed below. Work where you matter. A Brief Overview Accountable for greeting and providing helpful direction to internal and external customers, including patients and families. What you will do Highly visible as the person responsible for greeting patients, families, visitors, and other customer groups. Serves as an information resource and is the navigator for patients, families, staff, and the community. Promotes services within the facility and/or department, collaborating with the appropriate departments to ensure that information is current and up to date. Provides technology support by assisting with technology needs, room scheduling, equipment needs, room set-up and tear down as needed. Seeks to identify trends of inquiry and make recommendations regarding gaps of service and ideas for process improvement. Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:

High School or GED Equivalent 1-3 years experience in health care, program administration, hospitality or customer service industry
