As a Resort Concierge Greeter, you must be a goal-driven, self-disciplined, energetic person with an outgoing personality. Resort Concierge Greeters promote Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort and Waterpark through arranging elite previews of our property for visiting guests in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. 5 DAYS

OF PAID TRAINING

Competitive hourly rate plus commission Weekly Pay Full-time AM/PM shifts available $1,200-$2,300 per week Responsibilities/Qualifications

• Provides concierge services to guest at various location including giving directions, providing attraction information, and information on special events in the area.
• No experience necessary - We will train you to become an expert in the industry!
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with new people.
• The ability to adapt to different fast paced work environments and work individually and/or in a team dynamic
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask, organized, and be detail oriented.
• The ability to stand for extended period and work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
