8:00am - 4:00pm / Monday -
Friday Job Summary:
A Concierge, or Resident Services Representative, is a hospitality professional who attends to the needs of residents and guests and assists them with daily services.
Job Duties and responsibilities:
Answering multi line phones, arranging transportation and appointments Delivery of packages to units Duties include escorting residents and guests to their unit Arranging errands Grocery and meal delivery Maintain updated knowledge of assets specific to the company's needs Greet residents and guests Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail. Maintain positive ongoing relationships. Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism. Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet resident and guest needs. Represent the company with integrity and dedication Other duties as assigned
Educational Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required. Associates Degree in Hospitality or BA in Business Hotel Operations preferred. .
Job Requirements:
1 year or more hospitality or customer service experience Ability to communicate and work with the elderly Working experience and solid understanding in customer service and hospitality Knowledge of the best practices and procedure in customer service and hospitality Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills Knowledge of quality standards Experience working in a healthcare setting a plus
