Full-Time / Part-Time Job Summary FHM is the welcoming face and voice of New Song School of the Arts. This role perfectly blends hospitality, sales engagement, client experience, and daily facility operations. You will manage the front desk team, guide prospective students and families on tours, and ensure both instructors and students seamlessly navigate our studio rooms. Your primary goal is to create an energetic, organized, and inspiring environment from the moment someone walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing/training the Front Desk Team in the following duties: Manage reception: Serve as the primary point of contact, answer phones, check students in, greet students, parents, and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
Navigate traffic:
Help students and instructors locate their designated studio rooms efficiently to keep lessons starting on time.
Maintain the space:
Ensure the lobby, reception area, and tour paths are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Nightly cleaning duties:
Ensure the front desk team handles all nightly cleaning responsibilities.
New student binder preparations:
Manage the creation and preparation of new student binders. Client Experience (Hospitality Manager): Lead school tours: Conduct energetic, informative guided tours of the facility for prospective clients and families.
Build relationships:
Chat warmly with prospective clients, answer questions about programs, and communicate the value of our academy.
Support enrollment:
Pass qualified leads to the welcome team or assist prospects with the initial registration steps.
Quality Control :
Report problems that don't align with the standard of excellence and help suggest solutions Instructor & Student Support Assist faculty: Direct/report questions, help them with room transitions or basic setup needs.
Provide client service:
May include some of the following: Answer phone calls, respond to uncomplicated emails, and handle general inquiries regarding scheduling or school policies.

Starting pay $20/hour
Weekly Hours/Schedule:
Approximately 30 hours weekly - on site and potentially part remote
