Join a health-focused dental practice in Flower Mound, TX dedicated to whole-body wellness and root-cause care. We care for a high-end patient population and are looking for a warm, upbeat Treatment Coordinator/Patient Concierge who can deliver a true concierge experience from the moment a patient walks in.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of dental office experience required Experience with Open Dental software Cheerful, upbeat, and positive attitude Comfortable reviewing financials with patients and closing high-value treatment cases Familiar with managing treatment plans and scheduling Warm, friendly presence that anticipates patient needs Excellent communication and organizational skills Genuine interest in health and wellness as part of your own lifestyle — we look for team members who live the life we talk to our patients about Preferred Experience (a strong plus): fee-for-service dental practice cosmetic or biologic/holistic dental practice Treatment case closing and sales Open Dental Cross Trained Dental assistants encouraged to apply (previous front desk required) This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on providing a concierge-level patient experience and wants to be part of a team practicing dentistry aligned with a whole-body, root-cause approach to health.
