Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Front Desk/Concierge monitors the front desk, the Nurse call systems, the security systems and is required to have coverage for these systems at all times. Answers the main switchboard, greets visitors, and performs a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Principal Responsibilities:
Greets visitors in a professional and hospitable manner; insures that guests sign in and out on the visitor log; notifies staff or residents of their guests as needed and/or provides directions to proper room or apartment in the building Monitors security cameras, notifying appropriate personnel when incidents occur; follows assigned procedures in case of fire alarms and other emergencies Receives shipments and packages, and notifies addressee for pick-up; for medication deliveries, summons wellness staff and assists with proper documentation Checks out keys and two-way radios to staff per Eden procedures Sells guest meal tickets: provides receipt and deposits cash in safe per Eden procedure Records resident absences on the "Resident Out Sheet" and assists other staff in accounting for the safety and well-being of residents Types memos, correspondence, reports and other documents as assigned Perform other duties as assigned
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
