In this role, you will be responsible for managing client check-ins, answering phones, giving facility tours, and handling customer service while surrounded by dogs.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service:

Greet pet owners, check dogs in and out of daycare or boarding, and answer client phone calls and emails professionally.

Client Engagement:

Give facility tours to new prospective clients and explain daycare services. Connecting with clients to find the best services for their pet.

Dog & Facility Care:

Monitor the lobby area, maintain a clean and organized reception desk, and occasionally assist with group supervision, waste cleanup, or general facility upkeep. Handle dogs safely and effectively during all interactions.

Administrative Duties:

Handle scheduling, process payments, and update client profiles and pet vaccination records. Track and reach out to new perspective clients.

Team Work:

Collaborate with team members to create a positive environment for both staff and animals. Requirements & Skills MUST be able to stand for 6-8hrs. Proven skills in dog handling, including knowledge of animal behavior and restraint techniques. Familiarity with pet grooming practices is beneficial. Background in veterinary care is a plus. Previous experience in kennel environments is preferred. Strong customer service skills to interact positively with pet owners. Previous experience with Gingr is preferred. (6mo minimum) Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for animal care tasks. Passion for
