Job Overview:

The Athletic Desk/Childcare Attendant will be responsible for assisting and maintaining a satisfactory level of customer service to members and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet, welcome, and check-in all visitors in a friendly and professional manner Build and maintain a member professional relationship. Provide continuous surpervision of children while ensuring health and safety. Responsible for shop's appearance by maintaining and creating visual displays, dusting, straightening and restocking Responsible for keeping supply room organized and neat Assist in setting up for events and activities set by the club Maintains an open and friendly relationship with each child's family and encourages involvement at the club Must demonstrate a positive attitude at all times Must be able to complete other related assignments appointed by management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of experience with customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally A positive and proactive attitude
