Evenings Saturday 3 pm to pm and Sunday3 pm to 11 pm

Place One Condominium - Alexandria, VA About the Role High rise condominium building seeking a reliable and professional part-time Receptionist/Concierge to join our Front Desk . Position plays a key role in creating a welcoming, safe, and well-organized environment for residents and their guests. As their first point of contact, you will provide excellent customer service, uphold community policies and support managerial operations. Key Responsibilities Monitor building entry and issue visitor parking passes. Observe surveillance screens and report unusual activity. Log incoming packages and distribute them to residents. Answer phones, take messages, respond to emails, and assist visitors. Keep lobby tidy by straightening furniture and removing abandoned items. Perform emergency cleanup in common areas when janitorial staff is unavailable. Notify General Manager or Maintenance Director of major issues and report 911 emergencies on the property. Manage emergency key access for units and common areas. Receive maintenance requests and record payments such as monthly condo fees. Schedule reservations for the community room and front tennis court. Provide guidance to residents, owners, and guests on community policies. Assist with clerical tasks for the General Manager or committees. Carry out other duties assigned by the General Manager. Education & Skills Required High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and the ability to use front desk databases, and work with cloud‑based apps. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 lbs. Ability to move easily throughout the building as needed.
