Greet and welcome residents, guests, visitors, and clients in a professional and courteous manner

Provide exceptional concierge and customer-service support

Manage front-desk operations and maintain a welcoming, organized reception area

Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information

Assist with guest check-in, visitor access, and building procedures

Receive and coordinate packages, deliveries, and other guest requests

Handle resident and client requests promptly and professionally

Communicate effectively with property management, vendors, security, and other staff

Support conferences, meetings, and special events when assigned

Maintain confidentiality and use sound judgment when handling sensitive information

Identify and resolve routine issues while escalating matters appropriately

Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and punctuality at all times

Provide reliable coverage for scheduled and on-call assignments

Represent the company and client in a polished, professional manner
