One of the most beloved spas in New England, The Spa at the Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking a Spa Front Desk Attendant Part-Time to join the team.

Job Summary:

The Spa Front Desk Attendant Part-Time will make spa reservations, check guests in and out, and create a memorable experience for our guests. Will be responsible for stocking and selling retail products to spa guests, maintain organization and cleanliness of desk and spa lobby.

starting $20.00 per hour plus service charge The pay scale shown is the range that we reasonably expect to pay. Actual compensation offered may be adjusted based on a candidate's qualifications and/or experience.

Shift & Schedule Availability:

Part-time Varying shifts require flexibility. Weekends and holidays required.

Job Responsibilities:

Read and answer spa e-mails daily as applicable. Professionalism regarding tone and free from grammatical errors is expected. Return phone calls from the spa mailbox in a timely manner or as assigned by a manager. Maintain the organization of all collateral located at the spa desk including but not limited to Spa Menus, price list and room service menus. Acknowledge and greet all guests, anticipate guest needs, and respond to guest inquiries and comments. Knowledge of Spa Software to accurately schedule spa treatments.

Job Requirements:

Previous spa experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written skills. Must possess excellent customer service skills, be efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously. Phone etiquette & computer skills are necessary. Energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated to maintain our guest service standards. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds. Must be able to help keep the lobby and public areas neat, organized, and presentable. Minimum 18 years of age.
