Responsibilities:

Facilitate activities and work with the Activities Director to create daily programming for our Assisted Living and Dementia Care residents, tailored to residents needs and preferences. Lead daily activity classes such as Exercise, Sing-a-Longs and Art Programming. Encourage and motivate residents and staff to attend and participate in programs. Must possess the ability to get others excited and involved. As Concierge, manage the front of the house and provide an excellent customer service experience that matches our provision of excellent services to our residents. Ensure the courteous reception of family members, guests and business partners and the prompt acknowledgement and re-direction of communications to team members. Answer the telephone, direct calls to appropriate party and take complete messages. Support Department Managers with administrative tasks or projects. Accept package deliveries and mail and coordinate with team members to deliver them. Must be patient, caring, compassionate and professional in dealing with residents, family and staff. Must desire to work with seniors in a senior housing environment, and be strongly committed to their well-being. Protect organization's value by keeping patient information confidential. Complete training requirements, including passing State background check.
