We are searching for Full Time weekday concierge for our upscale condominium complex in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle. The ideal candidate should have strong security and customer service experience. Concierge/Front Desk Hotel experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Simple bookkeeping/audit experience a bonus. This entry level part time position includes overnight and weekend shifts. Must have a friendly/outgoing personality, be able to work independently, follow simple instruction, be detail orientated, responsible, dependable and extremely trustworthy. Some computer skills are required, including; MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Key access programs. Active Building experience a plus. You must also be able to climb 10-12 floors for emergency response and be able to lift 20-40lbs if necessary. Standard shifts are Friday to Thursday 7am - 2pm and Friday 8am - 4pm.

Pay:
