Job Description
WorldMark by Travel + Leisure Co. We're looking for outgoing, motivated people to join our WorldMark team as a Sales Concierge . This is an in-person, performance-based role with uncapped earning potential and a clear roadmap to $100K+ per year for strong performers. No timeshare license is required. As a Sales Concierge, you're the front end of our sales process. Your job is to connect with guests, build interest in WorldMark, and book qualified guests to attend a vacation ownership presentation with our sales team. What is WorldMark? This is the vacation ownership/timeshare industry , and we want candidates to know that upfront. Unlike traditional timeshare where owners may be tied to the same location and week every year, WorldMark is built around flexibility. Our owners use credits to travel to WorldMark resorts and other vacation destinations around the world. What you'll do: Connect with guests and current WorldMark owners in person Build rapport and learn about their travel interests Introduce guests to WorldMark and the benefits of vacation ownership Book qualified guests for sales presentations with our sales team Clearly explain available incentives and expectations for attending a presentation Work toward individual and team production goals Stay current on WorldMark destinations, products, and promotions Attend scheduled training and team meetings What we're looking for: Sales, marketing, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable approaching and starting conversations with people Strong communication and people skills Competitive, coachable, and motivated by performance-based income Comfortable working toward daily and weekly goals Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced resort environment No timeshare license is required for this position. This is a great opportunity for someone who is good with people and wants to get into a sales-driven career without being responsible for closing the final sale. There is a clear roadmap to $100K+ annually based on performance, with uncapped earning potential. You create the opportunity. Our sales team takes it from there.
