Job Description

Work Schedule :
Tue-Fri 4:20 am - 3:00pm, 1-2
Job Summary :
The Security Guard/ Front Desk role ensures safety and order in the clinic by maintaining compliance with laws and policies, deterring threats, and responding to incidents. The position also supports patient care by assisting patients in person and over the phone, coordinating appointments, and managing documentation.
Primary Responsibilities:
Report suspicious activity , safety hazards, or security breaches. Assist patients and visitors with directions and basic questions. Maintain professionalism in all interactions. Respond to emergencies promptly and appropriately. Notify management and emergency services when needed. Use de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts. Conduct routine patrols of clinic premises and parking areas. Perform safety inspections and report vulnerabilities. Maintain incident records and submit reports. Participate in training on security procedures. Collaborate with staff to ensure a safe environment. Schedule appointments and manage patient check-ins. Answer phones and handle inquiries. Maintain patient records and update accounts. Handle billing and insurance verification. Manage office inventory and supplies. Ensure confidentiality of patient information. Support patients in distress and respond to emergencies. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks. Preferred Qualifications High school degree or equivalent, Previous work-related experience in the field. Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures Authorized to work in the
