Overview:

Join our team as a Cook/Baker and showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic kitchen environment. As a Cook/Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of food/baked goods to delight our customers. PM Shift 1130PM-8PM.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a wide range of foods/baked goods
• Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust recipes as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
• Follow planned and prescribed diets/menus
• Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and new product development

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cook/Baker or similar role in the food industry
• Knowledge of cooking and baking techniques and principles
• Familiarity with menu planning and dietary requirements
• Understanding of food safety practices and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
