Job Overview Pioneer College Caterers is seeking a skilled dinner cook to join our team at John Brown University. The ideal candidate needs to be experienced in large batch cooking, passionate about food preparation, possess culinary skills, and have experience working in a commercial kitchen environment. Serv Safe certified preferred, but not required. Duties

• Prepare and cook meals following established recipes
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards
• Assist with catering orders as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Handle food safely and adhere to food safety guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to provide excellent service Experience
• Proven experience in meal preparation and and batch cooking
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling procedures
• Understanding of culinary techniques and principles
• Familiarity with food safety regulations is a plus
