Job Description
Voted best burger in Arizona over 17 times! Fast paced restaurant looking for our next kitchen "family member". We are located in far north Scottsdale. Most of our kitchen staff has been with us for 5-15 years. We take care of those that take care of us! Experience on grill, fry, and sauté preferred. Bilingual a plus! Flexible schedule a plus. If you have worked a fast-paced grill while cooking everything to temp (rare, medium rare, medium, medium well, well done) we want to meet you!
Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role required
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team.
