We are looking for a full time Cook to join our team. Must be available 6am to 2pm.

PURPOSE OF POSITION/SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Chef and/or the Sous chef, the cook provides quality food products for customers. Primary job duties include : preparing food items/dishes according to directions working with ovens, burners, broilers/deep fryers, knives, slicers, and various other kitchen utensils/equipment Performs other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/COMPUTER/TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1+ years cooking experience, preferred Food Handler's Card Basic skills with a knife and be able to dice, chop, slice fruit, vegetables and meats. Ability to use a slicer, mixer, and other mechanical kitchen equipment. SaddleBrooke Ranch is situated north of Tucson and is a master planned active adult community for the 55+ population. The community offers superb recreational amenities where employees work to provide services for the residents. Amenities include an 18-hole championship golf course and the La Hacienda Club, a sports, aquatics and fitness club with indoor and outdoor pools, billiards, a yoga/dance/fitness room, a bistro/lounge, Ed's Dogs, multi-purpose rooms and spa and salon facilities.
